私たちＧＬナビゲーションは、国籍・性別・学歴・年齢・雇用形態を超えて能力と意志が平等に評価されるＢＯＤＥＲＬＥＳＳ社会の構築に向けて、外国人留学生の就職・インターンシップ・アルバイトの支援をしています。

We are aiming to shape a BORDERLESS society, in which people are judged by their skills and willpower – not by their nationality, age or gender.

＜Our Vision＞

We want to support foreign students, who are sincerely looking for work, but have trouble finding work despite their strong ambition.

We are looking for people, who study with sincerity, who are bi-lingual (or multi-lingual), and who have ambition and willpower.

At present, Japan doesn’t seem able to transmit its appeal to the world. Changing this current state is one of our goals and we have trust and confidence in foreign students, who think globally.

That is why we want to support foreign students who are on job-hunt in Japan, and why we believe in shaping a borderless society, in which people are judged by their willpower and skills, regardless of their nationality, gender or age.

We promise the following to foreign students, who make use of our service.

Promise 1 – We will provide opportunities to further your skills and career.

Promise 2 – We will provide information about internships, part-time jobs as well as information concerning job-hunt in Japan.

Promise 3 – We will work to create more chances for foreign students to demonstrate their skills, and we will introduce companies, who are looking to employ foreign students.

At present, Japanese companies who are actively looking to employ foreign students are increasing, however, foreign students are not familiar with the essential points concerning job-hunt in Japan.
