Method of Entry: Share a picture of the Hunter pop-up store on Instagram, tagging @HunterBoots, #Breuninger and #VFNO, to be in with a chance of winning a pair of Original Tall boots.
Prize: One pair of Original Tall boots. Available in either Black or Navy matte finish, sizes 3 – 12 UK

HUNTER SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION/PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) - GERMANY
Promoter: Hunter Boot Limited (“Hunter”) c/o Lex House, 17 Connaught Place, London, W2 2ES.
By entering a competition or prize draw (“Promotion”) via Hunter’s social media channels you are agreeing to Hunter storing and using your information for marketing purposes. Hunter will not share your information with third parties unless you specifically agree to Hunter sharing these details and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing Hunter directly.
Unless otherwise specified Hunter’s Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the relevant social media channel or any other third party. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless the relevant social media channel from any and all liability associated with the relevant Promotion
Entrants are providing information to Hunter and not to the relevant social media channel.
By adding photos to Hunter’s social media pages you are granting permission for these images to be used by Hunter in its online communications and other publications. It is your responsibility to ensure any images you submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
By submitting content, you understand and agree that Hunter has no obligation to publish your content. You must be the author/copyright holder of all content you submit.
Copyright in any photos or content submitted as part of a Promotion rests with you. However in consideration of Hunter providing the Promotion, you grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Hunter to feature any or all of the submitted photos or content in any of its communications connected to the Promotion including on its websites and social media channels.
Entries must be submitted on or between the Promotion opening and closing dates.
Please read these Promotion Terms, together with any advertised terms relevant to the specific Promotion carefully. If you participate in one of our Promotions, Hunter will assume that you have read these Terms, together with any advertised terms relevant to the specific Promotion, and that you agree to them. All information detailing how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms.
1. To participate in a Promotion you must be (unless otherwise advertised):
(a) Germany resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Hunter Boot Limited or any of its group companies or anyone associated with the specific Promotion.
3. Method of entry is via the advertised Hunter social media channel (e.g. Facebook, Twitter or Instagram). Facebook entries must tag Hunter. Twitter and Instagram entries must include the relevant advertised promotional hastag #[promotional hashtag]. Hunter regrets it is unable to accept postal entries.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason.
5. The winner will be the entrant(s) selected by the judge. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The opening and closing dates are as advertised for each Promotion.
7. If you win a Promotion, Hunter will notify you by telephone or e-mail or via your social media account. If Hunter cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
8. The prize shall be that advertised for the specific Promotion.
9. The prize(s) as advertised are available on the date of publication. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Hunter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.
11. The winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity.
12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
13. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how Hunter uses any personal information it may collect about you by entering a Promotion.
14. Hunter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Hunter may also create terms which will apply to specific Promotions only. If Hunter does this it will publish the amended Promotion terms on the relevant social media channel or Promotion page.
15. To obtain details of the winner(s) please email competition@hunterboots.com stating the name of the Promotion in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
16. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
